Tais & Matt : "I Bet My Heart"

Around about two weeks ago, I found myself in this empty space of hopelessness. I had scheduled a midweek shoot with Tais and Matt but the rains were unrelenting and would not stop. We decided to reschedule to a Sunday, the only day that the weather app promised a little sliver of sunshine. That little sliver turned out to be a gorgeous day. Probably the best day we will have in Texas all spring. That all transformed into the photographs we captured. The flow of the day came so easily and I can't tell you how enjoyable it was to have these two in front of my cameras all day. From train station to food fight, they left me in awe and in love with what we created. The image above was one of my favorites. You get to see their connection on a more intimate but yet so quiet level. This was how it felt all day. Loud all around but a peaceful quiet cuddled the two of them throughout. The day was perfect.
